There are two main architecture types when using Xangle Camera Server

1- USB-HUB. This is a simpler solution and this is what we recommend for small installations (24 devices or less)

Here’s what you’re going to need if you go that direction (sample for 6 devices)

• Phone clamps, ball-heads, structure, tripod

• Optional: One calibration bar or one calibration panel

• Optional: One Kokuyo trigger + backup batteries

2- Raspberry Pi (1 to 8 cameras per Pi, but usually 4). This is the fastest and most efficient way of scaling up your bullet-time installations. When working with 24 devices or more, this is the way to go. Installation is simple, and you never have to mess with the Raspberry Pi. You simply have to insert a microSD card with our software, and you’re good to go. The server still runs on a Windows computer, and the Pis are used only as clients to scale up your architecture (download efficiency)
